How do you get furniture stain out of clothes. Rub the stain beginning at the outer edges and working your way toward the center. It may be hard to tell if the stain is fully gone while the fabric is wet but resist the temptation to machine dry it. Saturate a clean cloth with more acetone and firmly blot the back side of the stain. When no more stain is visible flush well with water and allow to dry.
Press the stain into the paper towels. Continue to blot and rub the clothing until the stain disappears. If any stain remains sponge the area with water then apply wet spotter and a few drops of white vinegar do not use vinegar on cotton or linen. Simply press the pen tip directly on the stain to release some of the cleansing detergent then hold the clothing item in both hands and scrub the stain by rubbing the stained part of the cloth together repeatedly.
Never dry clothes with wood stain spots in a clothes dryer until the stain is entirely gone. Scrub the stain with soap and water. Rinse the item with hot water then apply a few drops of regular dish soap to the stain. Keep the stain moist with wet spotter and vinegar.
Scrub the soap into the fabric with a toothbrush then rinse it with hot water. Move the stained fabric around the surface of the paper towels to clean areas after each blotting. Drying the stain in a clothes dryer will set it permanently. Blot until the solvent is absorbed.
Move the clothing to a different clean spot on the paper towel stack and continue blotting from the back side with more acetone until the stain is gone. The dish soap can be clear or colored just make sure it doesn t have added moisturizers.
